The Youth Ministry Program of First United Methodist Church in Downers Grove seeks to provide opportunities to grow in faith, connect with others, and nurture service oriented individuals to live out Christ's love in the world. We provide a number of opportunities for youth in the community.

Senior High Movie Night

Love is in the air! We will be watching "The Vow" at 8pm on Valentine's Day!

This film is rated PG-13, and this is a Senior High only event.

Feel free to bring a friend, snacks are provided and it's free!

Soup-er BowlThe Youth will be standing at the back the sanctuary to collect donations for the PRC's annual Soup-er Bowl fundraiser.

All proceeds go to the PRC.

Ignite Youth Group will be putting on a bake sale to support our 30 Hour Famine.

Help us reach our goal of donating $5,000 to help feed starving children!

Adult Youth Volunteer Group

We are putting together a team of volunteers who have a passion for Youth Ministry. We will provide any necessary training - no experience needed. Our Youth Ministry is growing and God's Spirit is moving. Please contact JJ for more information.

Community Choir Concert/Ignite Christmas Party

Join us as we attend the Community Choir Concert from 4:00-5:30pm and then join us after for a Christmas Party in the Open Door until 7pm!
