Second Sunday of Easter

Join us as the Environmental Stewardship Work Area leads us in worship. There will be exhibits in the parlor and parking lot (weather permitting) that morning that will help you look at various ways you can become good stewards of the earth, in your household, at your work and as you move.

8:15am

Worship Service

This service, which is in the intimate setting of the Heartt Memorial Chapel, consists of hymns, prayers, scripture readings, and a sermon. There is no Sunday School during this service.

9:30am

Worship Service

Music:

Chapel Choir

This service of hymns, prayers, scripture readings, and a sermon is held in the Sanctuary, with special music usually performed by the high school Chapel Choir. Once a month, the service has music of a more contemporary flavor provided by the Worship Band. All children from Kindergarten through 6th grade are invited to go straight to Sunday School before the service begins.

11:00am

Worship Service

Music:

Chancel Choir

This service of hymns, prayers, scripture readings, and a sermon is held in the Sanctuary, with special music usually performed by the Chancel Choir. There is no Sunday School at this service, but there will be a children's sermon, after which children will return to their family to experience worship.

11:00am

Messy Church

Preacher:
John Smoke

Get MessyMessy Church is a new kind of service on the second Sunday of the month for parents and children to share. There will be a time to make crafts as a family, a short (and lively) time of gathering, and a family friendly lunch. This time will be about building community along with thinking about that greater power that is creator and love of all. It takes place in the church gym.

Please register in advance so that we can prepare food and supplies.
