Sweet Treat - The Spring Tea

Spring is coming and so is our annual Spring Tea (formerly known as the Mother-Daughter Tea)!

Our theme this year is Sweets – who doesn’t love them?

Julie Stone will give us a cake decorating lesson, and the children will decorate their own cupcakes and have an old-fashioned cakewalk.

We will serve tea sandwiches, cheese coins, relish trays, and the always popular chocolate fountains. And of course, there will be tea to drink!

We’re asking guests to bring their favorite sweet recipe so we can compile them into a booklet. You will have a chance to share the story of your recipe.

Please join us on Saturday, March 10th from 2 to 4 pm in the church gym. Bring a friend with you for an afternoon of fun and fellowship.

Tickets, which are $15 for adults and $8 for those 12 and under, will be available Sunday mornings in the parlor beginning February 12th.
