Chapel Choir Tour

Planning is well underway for the 44th Annual Chapel Choir Tour. Scheduled for March 28-April 4, the 2015 trip to Pensacola, FL, will take place during Holy Week, so it very important to know how many youth are planning to participate as soon as possible, especially any friends who have not been involved in choir so far this year.

Any youth who is considering going on tour and parents are strongly encouraged to attend one of two upcoming tour informational meetings: Sunday, January 11 following the 9:30 worship service and Wednesday, January 14 at 6:30 p.m. Both will be held in Chapel Hall. Even if you are not sure, it will still be important to attend and learn about the plans and schedule. There will be pre and post tour concerts that can involve everyone. These meetings will be especially important for first time tour participants

A $100 deposit is due at the meeting. Any remaining balance will be due by Feb. 25. The tour fee will be $495, although many youth have already earned credits and will owe considerably less. A current list of credits will be available at the meetings. Financial assistance is available.

Please talk to one of the Adult Leaders if you cannot attend either meeting.
