Courage From the Inside Out

Crossing over the threshold into the unknown

May 4, 2013: 9am to 3pm

Jeff EdigerAdult Education will be hosting this inspirational workshop led by Jeff Ediger. You don't have to have the courage of Martin Luther King Jr., or Ghandi, or Christ. All you need is the courage your own life requires. And that's good news! Because the seeds of it are already planted within you -- you just need to cultivate them.

During this workshop Jeff will help us examine:

  • How courage is something we all have, not something just for the gifted few.
  • That courage is useful in our everyday lives, not just in the big moments.
  • And we'll do some stretching exercises to loosen up our courage muscles. (Don't worry -- nothing too strenuous!)

Participants will also be guided in developing their own, unique "Profile of Courage." And our discussions together will ease the task of en-couraging ourselves by "co-couraging" one another.
